Tungsten is a Swedish idustrial/folk/power metal band formed in 2016 by former HammerFall and Yngwie Malmsteen drummer Anders Johansson, joined by his sons Karl and Nick Johansson, along with Michael Andersson, previously the vocalist of Cloudscape.
Known for their energetic, innovative sound, Tungsten blends driving instrumentation with memorable, melodic hooks that define their identity across all releases. The band is now preparing to unveil their fifth studio album, Ashes, arriving on October 9. With this record, Tungsten aims to push their boundaries even further, experimenting with new ideas to stand out in today’s metal landscape.
