Symphonic metal masters Visions Of Atlantis and power metal giants Warkings released a joint single Pirates & Kings

Austrian symphonic metal pirate regiment Visions Of Atlantis and German power metal band Warkings have joined forces, and the result is now available to listen to. The Pirates & Kings single and accompanying music video will also lead the group towards a joint tour of the same name next spring.

“The time for competition or division is over. As threats and tensions grow, the answer is to unite and collaborate. This year ends with fear and dark predictions, and next year will show what is right. Tyrants will not win, manipulation will not work. We can see through the smokescreen and demand our own truth,” says Visions Of Atlantis vocalist Clémentine Delauney, continuing:

“We believe that unity is strength. This is a time for collaboration – a time to open up to others and gather like-minded souls together. We can face anything when we stand with our own tribe, and that tribe grows. Dare to conquer your fears, bring a friend with you, and reserve your place for the most epic adventure to a place where a new world is being shaped, courage is being honored, emotions are being deepened, and your power is real.”

Warkings also shares the same thoughts with poetic lyrics.

“As the tide of chaos rises and the winds whisper of war, kings must look beyond their thrones. That’s why we’ve joined forces with Visions of Atlantis – the warriors of the seas – to remind the world that unity is the greatest weapon. Pirates & Kings is a union sealed by fire and storm.”

The Pirates & Kings Over Europe tour kicks off on February 5, 2026 in Pratteln, Switzerland, and will take the bands to a total of 21 cities across Europe.

Warkings’ fifth studio album Armageddon Out Now

Power metal band Warkings rleased their fifth full-length studio album Armageddon via Napalm Records.
Drawing inspiration from ancient battlefields, Warkings’ new album is a journey through time to some of history’s most significant battles – moments when empires fell, warriors fought with pride and the world was forever changed.

“Armageddon is not just the end of the world – it’s a collection of moments that changed history. This album is a tribute to all the warriors and shieldmaidens who faced the defining battles of their time,” the band comments.

The album features guest appearances from bands such as Orden Ogan, Subway to Sally and Dominum, whose vocalist Dr. Dead is featured on the song Hangman’s Night, which tells the chilling story of the Knights Templar who were betrayed and sentenced to death as heretics. Under a blood-red moon, these once-mighty warriors face their death sentence not with fear, but with unwavering brotherhood and determination.

Armageddon track listing:
1. To Lindisfarne…
2. Armageddon
3. Genghis Khan (feat. Orden Ogan)
4. Kingdom Come
5. Morgana’s incantation
6. Circle of witches
7. Kings of Ragnarök
8. Call to Arms
9. Troops of immortality
10. Nightfall
11. Hangman’s Night (feat. Dominum)
12. Varangoi
13. Here comes the rain
14. Stahl auf Stahl (feat. Subway to Sally)

Founded in 2018, Warkings is known for its theatrical style and its members performing under pseudonyms, representing warriors from different eras – The Tribune (vocals), The Crusader (guitar), The Viking (bass) and The Spartan (drums). Warkings’ music combines heavy riffs, catchy choruses and epic melodies with historical and mythical themes. The band draws influences from classic power metal as well as more modern heavy metal.

Warkings’ albums have been widely praised for their energy and storytelling. The band’s strong vision and hard work have cemented Warkings’ place in the European metal scene. The band has been seen on Europe’s biggest stages, such as Wacken, and a busy festival summer is expected this year as well. Next year, ancient warriors will meet pirates, as Warkings heads on a joint European tour with Visions Of Atlantis.

Power metal regiment Warkings’ new single “Genghis Khan” features Orden Ogan

Warkings, who draw inspiration from ancient battlefields, are working on a new album. The band began work on their fifth full-length studio album last month by releasing the title track, Armageddon, which was accompanied by a music video. The new album Armageddon will be released on July 4th. It will be released via Napalm Records.

The second single takes listeners on a journey through the legendary Mongolian army. The Genghis Khan single, which was released with a music video, features guest appearances by German metal band Orden Ogan.

“With the new Genghis Khan single, we joined forces with Orden Ogan to bring to life an epic story inspired by one of history’s greatest military forces. The song brings to life the fearless warriors of Genghis Khan – men who did not see themselves as conquerors, but as a brotherhood guided by a unified vision,” the band says in a statement.
