From the cromlechs of the steppes to the ziggurats buried beneath ancient sands, already forgotten when humankind first ventured hesitantly into the stormy seas of time, a single cry rises: WORSHIP THE CULT!
There is a path, deep in the woods, that leads to a sacred place: the Cromlech. There you will find the entity you seek. His name is Skinwalter. He is the bridegroom of the Earth. He is the guardian of the threshold leading to the Otherworld. It is said that he first emerged from a portal on a dark, starless night, and that he only rises again when riffs become so fierce that they breach the barriers between worlds and reach his ears.
Now, exactly that has happened. Now, Skinwalter has awakened from his slumber and crossed the threshold, drawn by the thunderous torrent of riffs unleashed by Worship the Cult, the debut album by Witch Ghetto.
Self-produced, recorded at Black Alley Studio and Sotto il Mare Recording Studios, and mixed and mastered by Francesco Gambarini (Shiver Down, formerly of Animae Silentes), Worship the Cult is rooted in the tradition of heavy metal, blending epic and doom influences with a personal and authentic approach.

WITCH GHETTO are an epic doom heavy metal band from Verona, Italy, formed in 2022 by Tritolo (vocals), Ancient Mariner (bass and backing vocals), El Brujo (guitars) and, initially, Lawrence the Breaker (drums).
After a period focused on live performances and covers of Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Mercyful Fate, Pentagram, Saint Vitus and Uriah Heep, the band began writing original material.
Their sound is rooted in classic heavy metal, enriched by epic overtones and dark doom influences. Sharp riffs, gloomy atmospheres, and evocative melodies come together through a distinctive approach, resulting in a direct and authentic sound.
In 2024, T. Arise replaced Lawrence the Breaker on drums, and in October of the same year the band released their first demo/EP, Around the Stone Cross, which received an excellent critical response.
In 2026, the band released their first full-length album, Worship the Cult, an independent production recorded at Black Alley Studio and Sotto il Mare Studio Recordings, with mixing and mastering handled by Francesco Gambarini. The debut album represents an evolution of the Witch Ghetto sound, with greater emphasis on songwriting and arrangements.
With Worship the Cult, the band draws on the traditions of heavy metal and doom, reinterpreting them through new shades and turning their influences into something personal and distinctive.
