Deeply rooted in the atmospheric traditions of their homeland, Evig Natt, featuring former members of metal legends Einherjer and Enslaved, expands the horizons of the genre. Vaketimen is an evocative journey through “Orchestral Gothic Doom Metal,” a sound that is as aggressive as it is subtle, and as noisy as it is beautiful.

Following the success of their self-titled 2016 release, which saw the band touring from Belgium to Japan, Vaketimen represents a refined evolution.
